Peonies

     I finally got a few moments to sit and try a quick sketch of my favorite spring flower... the Peonie. I took  a picture of some at my daughters.. in hopes to paint them.. that was weeks ago... the peonies are almost all gone...and now the lillies are coming... I just can't wait to have more time to paint..

The gardens are calling, and there are lots to plant and make ready for a colorful summer.... The evenings are gorgeous, with the  last light piercing through the greens. . I study it carefully, someday to get it down on paper... 

well.. off to bed.. long day ahead tomorrow... with many adventures...
